think kathy should first take all shock in side see her heart shape take form between her shoulder and lung muscle then eyes closed make a fist with 4 fingers in thumb stick out open eyes with mad face , sweat and shake head to toe and then slowly makes a bicep and see bicep and fist pumps with her new power heart she talks to it ( I!! counts 1,2 while heart raises crazy to it then a big ending crys power!!! the next adventures kathy takes a day to grew bicep and poses body muscles she never knew with i want to see more emotion in every flex
